Presentation Release/Upload

As an educational organization, MSCAP will make presenters’ presentation information available to all participants by uploading PowerPoints, handouts and all related materials related to the presentation to the onsite INTERNET CAFÉ and/or the MSCAP website, www.themscap.com. However, we must receive a digital copy of your materials and your consent via this form on or before the deadline or it will become the presenter’s responsibility to make the necessary photocopies.

I hereby consent, license and authorize MSCAP to make use of video records, presentation materials, photos and voice records from the presentation. Photos, workshop materials and audio/video recordings created by MSCAP remain MSCAP’s exclusive property. Photos, workshop materials and audio/video recordings created by Speaker remain Speaker’s exclusive property, with a grant of a nonexclusive, perpetual license for MSCAP to use for educational and/or marketing purposes. Photos and video/audio recordings may be used by MSCAP in its discretion, including but not limited to being archived, used in print materials, used in educational presentations and/or posted to the MSCAP website and/or social media. Speakers waive all rights to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any presentation of this in-person and virtual participation and/or appearance, regardless of whether such use is under philanthropic, commercial, educational, institution or private sponsorship.
