Welcome to the MSCAP Speaker Portal where you will find all the presenter resources and information you need to ensure a successful presentation.

Thank you for your participation with the MSCAP. We are pleased that you are willing to share your valuable time and expertise with our attendees and have chosen to apply to present at MSCAP.

Any compensation and/or reimbursement of conference related expenses will be determined on an individual basis by the committee depending on budget allowances.

You are welcome to complete these requests immediately or at your leisure. However, we do ask that you strictly adhere to the DEADLINES that have been set below:

Continuing Education Forms – The information requested in the application will assist us in determining if you are eligible to be included in our continuing education applications. It must be completed in its entirety or your submission will not be accepted and/or reviewed. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OF YOUR SUBMISSION ACCEPTANCE/REJECTION ONCE YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN REVIEWED. If your submission is accepted, you will be directed to this portal again to complete the following forms for your presentation. Please add info@themscap.com to your email address book to ensure timely delivery of our emails to your Inbox and prevent them from going to your SPAM of Junk Mail boxes.
The following forms are additional information that we ask for to ensure your presentation needs are accommodated to the best of our ability.

  • Travel Information Form – If you are securing a flight to the conference, please make your reservation as soon as possible to ensure the best rate. We will not reimburse first class flights or flights reserved at the last minute.
  • Book Request Form – If you have publications and/or books that you would like included for sell at our MSCAP Bookstore during the conference, please complete the information online and we may arrange to have them on-site depending on the cost. Unfortunately, the bookstore will not be available this year. However, you are welcome to bring copies of your book. Let us know if you plan to do so by emailing info@themscap.com in advance.
  • Audio/Visual Equipment Request – Each workshop room will have a basic setup that consists of: LCD Projector, Screen, Presentation Clicker, a Table at the front of the room, and wireless Internet Access. We ask that you bring your own laptop. Please indicate any other equipment and/or supplies you may need to effectively implement your presentation.
  • Presentation Release/Upload – Because we like to make all conference information readily available to our attendees, we ask that you provide us with a copy of your presentation that we can upload to our website and the Internet Cafe’ during the conference. All files are uploaded in PDF format. You can also submit your presentation and handouts via this form.
